UNLV Distance Education Proctored Exam Procedures
Some UNLV instructors require their Distance Education students to take proctored exams. For those students who can come to the UNLV campus at the specified date and time, the only logistic challenges are driving in Las Vegas traffic and finding a parking space. Those students who will be outside the Las Vegas area must find a suitable proctor. Student must have that proctor approved by the instructor in advance and then take the exam at the proctor-designated location. Students should make proctor arrangements as early as possible in the semester! Find your proctor for all exams prior to the drop date for that semester.
It will take at least 3 weeks to complete the proctor approval process. Our goal is to assure the integrity and security of UNLV Distance Education proctored exams. For everyone’s success in participating in proctored exams, read and follow these steps: |
